About us

Based in Poland and owned by Spanish shareholder NEOLAS INGENIERIA, S.L. incorporated in 2012,
NEOLAS POLSKA is developing 500 MW renewable energy projects in Poland of the Photovoltaic, wind and other renewable technologies divided in more than 35 ongoing projects.

Solar have become the most important source of energy for electricity production in a large part of the world. We believe that this will have a positive impact on the environment and climate change.

How we work

As every project needs to get permits and authorizations to initiate the construction, our team is responsible for the following:

Right to Land
Secured title to land for the project.

Environmental Decision
Obtaining of a final environmental permit "decyzja o środowiskowych uwarunkowaniach inwestycji" in relation to the project.

Zoning Decision
Achievement, in accordance with all applicable laws (e.g. Polish Local Planning and Zoning Act of 27 March 2003), of a final local zoning decision and/or obtaining in accordance with all applicable laws of a final decision on location of public purpose investment, allowing for the obtaining of a building permit for all applicable project facilities.

Interconnection terms and conditions
Obtaining in accordance with all applicable laws of binding interconnection terms and conditions complying with the applicable legislation, allowing for the connection to the public distribution or transmission grid and the transmission of all generated electricity from the Project into the transmission or distribution grid to which such Project is to be connected.

Building Permit
Obtaining in accordance with all applicable laws of a final building permit, as may be replaced by changes in law, in relation to the project located on the land referred to in the definition of the "Right to Land" milestone.

Construction
The project may only proceed with construction works on the basis of a final and binding building permit. NEOLAS POLSKA builds own projects for our customers with local construction partners in Poland.

Operation and Maintenance
Operation and Maintenance (O&M) has become a standalone segment within the renewal industry and it is widely acknowledged by NEOLAS POLSKA that high-quality O&M services mitigate potential risks, improve the levelised Cost of Electricity (lCOE) and Power Purchase agreement (PPa) prices, and positively impact the return on investment (rOi).

OUR VISION

Although wind turbines are a renewable source of energy and don't pollute the environment. Many people think that wind turbines create a lot of noise and look ugly. However they don't produce as much noise as some people think.

The energy of the wind is the most ecological and renewable way of getting energy because it depends on the sun activity. The main reason we develop wind turbine business is our faith in an importance or ecological problems and an opportunity to solve it.
